ELDER CARE NEGLIGENCE

Many elders suffer injuries as a result being neglected by their caretakers.  These injuries occur at home or senior care institutions such as nursing homes and adult day care centers.  In other instances, injuries may occur during transport in an ambulette or an acess-a-ride.  Frequently, vulnerable seniors suffer from restricted mobility and are unable to perform even the basic functions such as going to the bathroom, bathing or getting dressed.  Their abandonment and lack of proper care and supervision often leads to falls and irreversible injuries or death.
